REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

FATIMA AL ZAHRA CHARITABLE TRUST respects the support and contributions made by donors. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions applicable to donations made through our website fatimaalzahra.in.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Donations made to FATIMA AL ZAHRA CHARITABLE TRUST are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable, social welfare and community activities.

As donations are voluntary contributions, donors should carefully verify the donation amount and transaction details before completing a payment.

2. CANCELLATION OF DONATION

Once a donation has been successfully processed, a cancellation request may not normally be accepted.

However, if a donor has made a donation accidentally or due to a technical error, the donor may contact us as soon as possible with complete transaction details.

The Trust will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. REFUND REQUESTS

A refund may be considered in situations such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Payment made due to a technical error
• Incorrect amount charged due to a technical issue
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the actual account holder
• Other genuine circumstances approved by the Trust

Refund requests must be submitted with appropriate transaction details so that the payment can be verified.

4. REFUND REQUEST INFORMATION

To process a refund request, the donor may be required to provide:

• Registered Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Donation Amount
• Date of Transaction
• Transaction ID / Reference Number
• Payment Gateway Reference, if available
• Reason for requesting the refund

The Trust may request additional information where necessary to verify the transaction.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once a refund request is received, the Trust will review the transaction and determine whether the request is eligible for a refund.

If approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway, where technically possible.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the donor's bank account or payment account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

6. DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS

If the same donation amount is accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction, the donor may contact us with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, the duplicate amount may be considered for refund.

7. FRAUDULENT OR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has been made using your payment method, you should immediately contact your bank or payment service provider and inform FATIMA AL ZAHRA CHARITABLE TRUST.

The Trust may investigate the transaction and cooperate with the relevant payment provider or authorities where necessary.

8. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

A refund may not be provided where:

• The donation was voluntarily made and successfully processed without any error
• The donor provides insufficient information to verify the transaction
• The refund request is made after an unreasonable period
• The transaction has already been settled and cannot be reversed through the payment provider
• The request does not meet applicable legal or payment-provider requirements

9. PAYMENT GATEWAY

Online donations may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

The Trust is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or other financial institutions.

Any refund processed through a payment gateway may also be subject to the gateway's applicable policies and processing timelines.
